Robo-Inspect

Flexible robotic cell for the quality inspection of test coupons. Using a 2D vision system and the integrated "KUKA Vision" software, the robot controller detects the holes drilled in the coupons. The robot then inserts a probe into the holes and compares the measurement results with the reference data. The cell is designed as a Plug&Play unit and can thus be put into operation in a wide range of installation sites.

Robo-Polish

Up to 12 different aluminum panels can be polished at a polishing station in the flexible robotic cell. The marks left by preceding milling operations are completely removed and the surface is smoothed. Automatic tool changing and automatic changing of the polishing head provide the required production flexibility. Component positioning/removal are carried out manually using magazines.
