Window installation is an entirely different task. Here, also, an adhesive/sealant is applied, but the subsequent window installation is a demanding extension of the task that requires utmost sensitivity. The mixture of perfect timing, customized visualization and correct robot programming enables us to master this challenging task time and time again on all kinds of different vehicles.

Perfect connections: marriage

Another area in which KUKA demonstrates its competence is the automated assembly ("marriage") of vehicles body and chassis. This is a highly-complex technical process that is only mastered by a handful of specialists.

Inner values and more: interior

The KUKA field of competence extends far beyond this "marriage", however. We also perform interior assembly – the automatic fitting of the seats, headliner or cockpit module – for example, not to mention installation of the suspension struts or front end module.
