Waveline

The WaveLine concept conforms to the advantages of the Start/Stop press line and the servo press line. It is nearly as low priced as the first and close to the speed of the second. By synchronizing the press- and automation-kinematics you can cut off the break mechanism and keep the presses working. So additionally the mechanical abrasion and the energy consumption are kept low.
The automation equipped with the KUKA Cobra guarantees a speed witch is close to the feeder system and simultaneously give the flexibility of the robots six-axis kinematics.
