Automatic foil cutting and postioningKUKA has developed a fully automatic solution to cut and place foils.
The KUKA Advanced Foils Sheeter (AFS) ll has a double loading system. Auto splicing ensures continuous production.
To get accurate placed foils within tolerances the foil will be edge guided before cutting. Deionsiation of the foil is included in the machine. A vacuumconveyor will present the foil in accurate position to the handling device. |
