Automatic packaging of solar modules (stacking)

For a flexible and efficient end-of-line operation we provide our automatic packaging station to sort the modules in accordance with the classification the flasher determines.

The robot and/or operator picks up a module from the conveyor with a multi-function end effector. The robot picks up a set of stacking corners from a magazine and places the module on the correct pallet according to its classification.

Full stacks get transferred out of the system and can be safely picked up by a forklift or transferred to a storage area. Pallets are automatically replenished by the robot.
