Pre-assembly of the dies, including assembly of the forming parts for joint machining, is carried out in workshops that have a process-optimized layout and are equipped with cranes with a load capacity up to 60 tonnes. On completion of this so-called active part machining, qualified tool mechanics perform all necessary adjustment and final assembly tasks, including establishment of their full functionality, in preparation for testing and fine adjustment of the dies.
