KSW develops and manufactures mechanization equipment, including for tools and dies supplied by KSW. KSW has many years of experience in:

The designs are adapted to the production system equipment of the customer and allow the reliable transfer of parts under production conditions. In the case of critical loading and unloading processes, the transfer of parts is software-simulated, and if necessary optimized, during the design phase. The systems are pre-assembled at KSW, checked together with the tools and dies on the in-house simulator for correct operation and free movement, and integrated into the customer’s production press lines by KSW specialists, taking the required number of strokes into consideration.
