KSW manufactures the inspection and checking gauges required for evaluation of parts. They are made of plastic, steel or aluminum.
 
Inspection gauges are primarily used for rapid visual and dimensional checking of sheet-metal parts and assemblies. The design of the inspection gauges makes it possible to detect discrepancies from the nominal values of the test parts using simple tools, such as rulers and caliper gauges.
Measurement locations are used for the defined alignment and location of the sheet-metal parts for a nominal/actual comparison using coordinate measurement machines.
