KUKA offers solutions for automating process steps in the making of silicon wafers from ingots. A wide range of handling tasks from loading crucibles up to separating wafers are facilitated.
In addition to supplying automation for handling and quality assurance tasks, we also have the competency to integrate process machines, such as wire saws or grinding machines, into production lines and controls into existing networks as required, including integration of MES and host computers.
