Automatic crimping and chamfering

These two tools finish the encapsulation process based on robot handling. The frame corners are locked by means of self-locking corner keys which require crimping or bolting.

KS Framelock C and Framelock S perform this task.

A vision system can be incorporated after this process for an automatic frame check. In this case an optional reject conveyor, KS Scan Frame, should be added.

As a last process step the module frame gets chamfered by means of a milling unit, KS Chamfer M.
