The core product of the solutions is the AWSM 3800.6 based on an upgraded machine design resulting from over 20 years of experience in the field of silicon processing. It is distinguished by particularly low material and energy consumption and very high quality. Furthermore, KUKA provides solutions from ingot handling to wafer handling. One of the core products in this field is the KUKA Robo Glue application, in which the bricks are automatically sorted and glued onto the machine beams of the AWSM for further processing. In addition to automation solutions for your existing manufacturing facilities, we also offer custom-tailored production systems ranging from ingots to wafers. This also includes integration of an MES system and process monitoring.
